Finally the biggest Ford show of the year was upon us and it was or best year yet!48 cars at last count were on the S2RS.co.uk stand, we had everything from Mk1 Escorts up to new ST fiestas.

This was an early start with different convoys coming from all over the country, with a bulk meeting up in Uxbridge with Matt and then heading on up to Oxford services to meet the next group....

Arriving at Oxford people rushed over to Gary as his cossie had caught fire as he pulled in, when the smoke had gone he found it was the heat shield had somehow got to hot.... thankfully it did no damage to the car as Fonfe got the extinguisher out straight away

Gary's fire now out and Fonfe's exhaust bracket removed, we all jumped on the motorway and headed on to the show, some slower than other so the convoy didn't exactly go to plan but we all made it there!

The show was huge and with plenty of things going on for you to watch, there was a lot of track action and the 0-60 run open for you to try your skill out on, Fonfe and Jay both had a go and for some strange reason Fonfe didn't even get to 60mph before he brakes so no time was recorded sadly.

Andy and Billy both had there classic cossie powered fords out on track a few times and even took Tracey with them to show here what its like to be in a car with a good driver (sorry Gavin).

There was loads of cars on show and will be very impressed if anyone saw all of them!, here's some photos that were taken during the day
