ISTS 2009 – Easter Weekend and another edition of this notorious tuner show.

With the weather reports unable to make their minds up, we set off on Friday afternoon to set up camp before Mother Nature’s worst. We got up Saturday and headed to the show; we got there and saw a quiet start to the show, with few traders attending. Car clubs were the main vocal point of the show coupled with track time for anyone brave enough. And you could have a go on the supercar loop in 5 different cars along with other shows happening around the ground. Also happening at this event was the British Drift Championship and the ProDrift Series over the course of the weekend, after a good walk round and over 1000 pics later and a few vids of the track time and Drifting we headed back to the camp site for the night

Sunday seemed to be a quiet day as well but we marched on and watched the Gumball 3000 cars go round the track and the final of the Drifting it all ended with most of the clubs departing by 3pm.but all in all it was a fantastic weekend with a good show ,good friends and a laugh camping.
